Located in Merced, CA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to ensure that those with swallowing difficulties have access to specially modified foods, including food thickeners and pre-modified meals, as well as vital therapy tools and oral care supplies. We strive to empower our community by offering adaptive equipment and genuine care, helping to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing these challenges.
