California's Work Opportunities and Responsibilities to Kids (CalWORKs)

California's Work Opportunities and Responsibilities to Kids (CalWORKs) in Menifee, CA, is dedicated to supporting families in need by offering temporary financial assistance to those with children who have experienced a loss or reduction in income. Our mission is to equip families with the resources they need to meet their essential needs during challenging times, while also fostering pathways to employment and self-sufficiency. We provide a variety of services, including financial aid, basic skills classes, vocational and occupational training programs for certificates and degrees, as well as short-term vocational training that encompasses English-as-a-Second Language. Although adults in the CalWORKs program may receive assistance for up to 48 months, we recognize that some circumstances may warrant exceptions, and we stand committed to helping families navigate their journey toward independence.
