MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Madera, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management solutions that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer diverse options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinical support. For those who prefer self-directed weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have tried other methods without success.
