Emily Keller

Dr. Emily Keller is a licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor and a compassionate expert dedicated to helping clients navigate what she describes as a rupture in narrative or meaning in their lives. Through her innovative approach, she assists individuals in making sense of the senseless by engaging in grief work and trauma recovery. Dr. Keller empowers her clients to weave together new, coherent narratives that reflect their true selves, fostering healing and authenticity. Many of her clients are on a journey of self-discovery, seeking to unearth their true identities and understand their inherent worth. With extensive training in psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, children, and groups, Dr. Keller integrates various modalities, including energy psychotherapy, redecision therapy, gestalt work, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. This diverse background allows her to combine the strengths of traditional talk therapy with experience-based therapies.
