Protect the Aging - Gatekeeper Project

The Gatekeeper Project, located in La Puente, CA, is dedicated to addressing health disparities faced by older adults who experience isolation, poverty, or disabilities. Through a compassionate network of trained volunteers, we provide essential free, non-medical services designed to enhance the quality of life for this underserved population. Our offerings include a thorough in-home initial needs assessment to understand individual situations, the creation of tailored service plans, and ongoing case management to ensure our seniors receive the support they need to thrive.
