MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Irvine, CA is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to routinely screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored weight management services that address individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
