Victoria Lloyd is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master’s degree in counseling and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential. Her journey into the counseling field stems from a deep desire to support others, as she has personally navigated the challenges associated with substance use and mental health issues, both in her life and within her family. Victoria understands the complexities of healing, as she faced obstacles in seeking help; often finding that people were quick to attribute her struggles to her childhood, when in fact, they were a culmination of lifelong challenges and choices. Today, she is dedicated to assisting adults and elders (65+) with their mental health needs, providing a wide range of therapy approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Person-Centered therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Victoria recognizes that every person is unique, and therefore, she employs personalized techniques tailored to individual issues, including anxiety, LGBTQ+ matters, grief, and mood disorders, among others. With a compassionate and dedicated approach, Victoria believes in connecting with those who have previously sought help without success—offering them a pathway back to the life they desire.
