Mercy Brown Bag Program

The Mercy Brown Bag Program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to seniors in Hayward and throughout Alameda County. Twice a month, we distribute complimentary bags filled with nutritious groceries, including fresh produce, dairy, and pantry staples like oatmeal, canned goods, and low-sodium sauces. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to healthy food options that meet their basic nutritional needs. To receive this vital service, individuals are encouraged to visit one of our distribution sites during designated times.
