Hope Connections

At Hope Connections, we are dedicated to empowering economically disadvantaged youth and young adults at risk of homelessness in Hawthorne and the surrounding South Bay area of Los Angeles County. Our comprehensive supportive services ensure that our clients can access essential resources for safety and stability. We offer a range of practical assistance, including mail services, Wi-Fi access, computers, food and clothing provisions, housing navigation, and transportation support. To benefit from our services, individuals must obtain a referral, which can be initiated through any local social service agency. We believe in fostering resilience and security, helping young people navigate their paths to a brighter future.
