Recuperative Care

Recuperative Care, part of the Illumination Foundation, is a compassionate and dedicated non-profit organization located in Garden Grove, CA, working across Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties to provide essential emergency support for vulnerable individuals transitioning from medical facilities to independent living. Our recuperative care services offer a safe haven for those recovering from acute, chronic, or sub-acute conditions who require supervision but do not need full-time hospital care. We provide a supportive environment with on-site amenities including room and board, medically tailored meals, case management, substance use counseling, behavioral health services, housing navigation, education, and coordinated medical care. This holistic approach not only addresses immediate health needs but also empowers individuals on their journey towards stability and recovery, breaking the cycle of homelessness.
