Recuperative Care is dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable members of our community, providing critical interim housing services in Fullerton, CA, and surrounding counties. As a program of the Illumination Foundation, we specialize in offering recuperative care for individuals transitioning from clinical settings who still require medical oversight and assistance. Our facilities provide a safe, supportive environment for those facing acute, chronic, and sub-acute health conditions, ensuring they receive the necessary care without the need for more intensive support like nursing homes. Our comprehensive services include room and board, medically tailored meals, case management, substance use counseling, behavioral health services, and housing navigation. We aim to break the cycle of homelessness by addressing both healthcare needs and the ongoing challenges of housing stability. We welcome clients from Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties, and emphasize a compassionate approach to recovery and reintegration into stable living.
