MOVE! Weight Management Program

Based in Fremont, CA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to personalized weight management services that align with their unique needs. MOVE! offers a diverse range of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges.
