Food Bank

Located in Fremont, CA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals experiencing dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and specialized resources. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all designed to support their unique dietary requirements and promote overall well-being.
