Bo Jason Hamer

Bo Jason Hamer, LCSW, believes that the development of a secure and collaborative relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy. With a strengths-based and relational perspective, Bo employs a trauma-informed approach in his practice. He has extensive experience working with at-risk youth, families, and adults, utilizing a multi-theoretical framework that includes attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques, family systems, narrative therapy, neuroscience research, and alternative therapies such as art and nature therapy. Bo has a proven track record in treating a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-based issues like PTSD, relational conflicts, anger management, ADHD, and men's issues.
