MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Escondido, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We provide a variety of programs including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing Veterans to receive support from home. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers tools for independent weight management. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans needing further assistance after participating in the MOVE! program.
