Elder Outreach

Elder Outreach in Elk Grove, CA, is dedicated to supporting low-income seniors aged 60 and older by offering bi-monthly distributions of supplemental, nutrient-dense food boxes. Our mission is to ensure that every senior in our community has access to essential food assistance to meet their basic nutritional needs. We invite seniors to join our program by completing an application, which can be printed from our website, and bringing it to the next food distribution.
