Home-Delivered Meal Program

In El Monte, California, the Valley Intercommunity Council (VIC) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors through its essential Home-Delivered Meal Program. This initiative caters to seniors who struggle to prepare their own meals or cannot travel to meal sites, ensuring they receive nutritious support right at their doorstep. Our service offers delicious, diabetic- and hypertension-friendly hot lunches delivered Monday through Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. We believe that every senior deserves access to healthy meals, and while we suggest a donation for the service, it is not mandatory. To join this vital program, seniors can reach out for an intake and in-home assessment appointment, allowing us to meet your needs with care and compassion.
