Jeffrey Middleton is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy. He works with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, including preteens, teens, and elders, offering a range of modalities such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), EMDR, and Family Systems Therapy. His practice focuses on alleviating symptoms of depression, anxiety, family conflict, and trauma, leading clients towards personal growth and deeper connections. Alongside problem-solving and skills development, Jeffrey believes that a positive therapeutic experience is vital for emotional healing. As a former Adjunct Faculty member in the graduate program at Cal State Long Beach, he brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to his clients, helping them to feel more free, alive, and connected to themselves and others.
