Meals on Wheels

At Meals on Wheels Diablo Region in Concord, CA, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors across Contra Costa County by providing vital food assistance tailored to their needs. Our home-delivered meals program ensures that home-bound seniors receive nourishing meals five days a week, with adapted services during the COVID-19 health crisis now offering seven frozen meals delivered weekly. Meals are conveniently delivered between 10 am and 12 pm, and we also provide holiday and weekend meals to support our seniors year-round. While donations are appreciated, we believe that everyone deserves access to emergency food, and we welcome all seniors in need, regardless of their ability to contribute.
