MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Carlsbad, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which features in-home messaging and clinician engagement. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who struggle despite trying MOVE! This comprehensive program ensures that every Veteran has the opportunity to achieve their weight management goals in a caring and supportive environment.
