Our Space Community Center

Located in Berkeley, CA, Our Space Community Center is a welcoming haven for LGBTQIA+ youth ages 13-24 throughout Alameda County. We prioritize creating a supportive environment where young individuals can express their true selves, feeling both celebrated and accepted. Our program offers a range of essential services, including community events that foster connection, a gender-affirming clothing closet, an emergency food pantry, and access to support groups. In response to the challenges posed by Covid-19, we’ve adapted by providing services through individual phone consultations and virtual group sessions, ensuring that we continue to support homeless LGBTQIA+ youth with crucial housing and food assistance. We are here to empower and uplift our community, ensuring every young person knows they belong.
