Mutual Aid in Berkeley, CA, is dedicated to supporting at-risk individuals impacted by COVID-19 by connecting them with vital community services. Our array of assistance includes grocery and medicine delivery, transportation to medical facilities to ensure safety away from public transport, and provision of essential home supplies to those facing financial hardships. We also offer compassionate home-cooked meals, apartment cleaning, one-on-one phone and video support, and help navigating social services. In addition, we facilitate childcare, pet care, and mental health support, alongside creating opportunities for virtual meetups. While we strive to meet as many requests as we can, we operate as a grassroots community effort, encouraging responsible interactions and support among neighbors in the San Francisco Bay Area.
