Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels Diablo Region is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in Antioch, CA, and the broader Contra Costa County by meeting their diverse needs with compassion and efficiency. Our core service, the Meals on Wheels program, provides essential nourishment to home-bound seniors by delivering nutritious meals five days a week, including seven frozen meals each week during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We ensure that meals are delivered with care between 10 AM and 12 PM, and we also offer holiday and weekend meal options. While we appreciate donations, we believe that everyone deserves access to food assistance, and we will never turn away those in need, regardless of their ability to contribute.
