The Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank offers essential food assistance to low-income individuals in Williams, AZ who are living with dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those affected by swallowing disorders by providing critical resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
