MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Willcox, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored referrals to weight management services. We offer a variety of options to suit individual needs, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a mobile solution, our MOVE! Coach app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and surgical options for individuals who require further assistance after engaging with our program.
