MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Whiteriver, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and offered tailored treatment options to meet their individual needs. We provide a variety of weight management solutions, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for home-based assistance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to navigate their journey independently. For Veterans needing additional support, we also offer weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery after personalized interventions.
