Janet Hayden

Janet Hayden is a dedicated counselor with twenty-five years of experience, deeply passionate about her work. She specializes in adult therapy and couples therapy, while also facilitating a women's group alongside another counselor. Her rich counseling training encompasses a variety of methodologies, including Gestalt therapy, EMDR, Imago Couples Therapy, body-centered psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Janet believes that becoming aware of our behaviors and feelings empowers individuals to lead a more intentional and fulfilling life.
