MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Surprise, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they are connected to tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans who need additional assistance, we also provide information on weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
