MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Sun City West, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually assess the weight status of every veteran receiving care at VA facilities, ensuring they have access to tailored weight management services that resonate with their unique needs. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those needing additional assistance can explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Each veteran's journey is supported by compassionate care that prioritizes their health and preferences.
