MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Sierra Vista, AZ, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to appropriate weight management resources tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for ongoing challenges.
