MOVE! Weight Management Program in Show Low, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided management or explore medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance.
