MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in San Tan Valley, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our program aims to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. Participants can access group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging with clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer a more autonomous approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist with weight loss. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require further assistance.
