OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in San Luis, AZ, who are facing the challenging journey of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance to eligible patients, offering a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate some of the burdens during treatment. Additionally, we connect our patients with vital psycho-social support through sessions with licensed clinical social workers and offer access to genetic counseling tailored to their needs. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of those in need, as we process requests in the order they are received, contingent on the availability of funding. OvarCare stands as a pillar of support for these resilient women, ensuring they receive the assistance they deserve during this critical time.
