Birth to Five Helpline Program

The Birth to Five Helpline Program, operated by Southwest Human Development, is a vital resource for families in Safford, AZ, and throughout the state. We offer free, expert-guided support to parents and caregivers of young children, ensuring they have access to up-to-date information on child development. Our services include parenting education, guidance, and connections to additional resources to enhance families' experiences. With staff available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., we are committed to fostering healthy development for young children and providing essential support to all Arizona families.
