The Navajo & Hopi Families COVID-19 Relief Fund is dedicated to assisting vulnerable families in Queen Creek, AZ, particularly the elderly, single parents, and immunocompromised individuals. Our mission focuses on delivering essential items and food assistance directly to those in need, minimizing their exposure to health risks during these challenging times. By mobilizing dedicated volunteers, we ensure safe deliveries to either homes or local Chapter Houses. We invite families requiring support to complete our application form for prompt assistance. While we strive to meet all requests, please note that supplies are limited and subject to availability. Together, we are committed to protecting our communities and providing the necessary support for those facing hardships due to the pandemic.
