OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Page, AZ, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and emotional support. Our program offers a comprehensive package tailored for ovarian cancer patients, which includes a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, a $100 grocery card, and access to psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers. Additionally, we provide genetic counseling sessions via phone to empower patients with critical information. We invite healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients, which we process promptly to ensure timely support, contingent on available funding. At OvarCare, we celebrate the resilience of these incredible women and strive to alleviate some of the burdens they face in their fight against cancer.
