MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Marana, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity, ensuring that individuals receive personalized referrals to effective weight management options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, empowering Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for participants who continue to face challenges after engaging in the program.
