OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Lakeside, AZ, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women facing the challenges of ovarian cancer. We understand the unique difficulties that come with this diagnosis, and our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens through our tailored financial assistance packages. Our program provides essential support including a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover immediate needs. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions by licensed professionals and genetic counseling to empower women with vital information and emotional support. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, ensuring a smooth and compassionate process. Grants are awarded based on funding availability and are processed in the order they are received, reflecting our commitment to swift and effective assistance for those in need.
