Cancer Transitions is a dedicated support program located in Lake Havasu City, AZ, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. We understand the unique challenges faced by individuals during their survivorship journey, particularly those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, although we welcome all survivors seeking support at any stage. Our comprehensive program offers crucial resources, including nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, and education on emotional health, alongside medical management support.
