OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Kayenta, AZ, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by offering essential financial assistance tailored specifically to their needs. Our program provides a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, a $100 grocery card, and access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker, as well as genetic counseling provided by a licensed Genetic Counselor. We invite healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients, ensuring that we process requests in the order they are received, with funding availability determining grant disbursement.
