MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hereford, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually, providing personalized referrals to appropriate weight management services tailored to individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home messaging with clinicians. For those who prefer to manage their weight independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. In addition, our program provides additional avenues such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need further assistance.
