OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Fort Mohave, AZ, is dedicated to empowering women in their courageous fight against ovarian cancer. We understand the challenges that patients face, which is why we provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for those battling this disease. Our support includes a $200 financial grant, along with $100 gas and grocery cards to help cover immediate needs. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling to address important health concerns. We invite healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients, ensuring that assistance is accessible when it's needed most.
