Located in Fort Mohave, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission ensures that low-income individuals have access to critical items including thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
