OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing vital financial assistance and essential resources. Recognizing the challenges faced by these courageous individuals, we offer a comprehensive support package that includes a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card, ensuring that patients have access to necessary supplies and transportation. Additionally, our program features psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions to help patients navigate their journeys. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients, as we process requests in the order received, contingent upon available funding. Together, we celebrate the strength and resilience of those fighting against ovarian cancer, offering practical support when it is needed most.
