MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Dewey, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and to connect them with personalized weight management resources that cater to their unique needs. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management. For Veterans who find it challenging to maintain a healthy weight despite their efforts, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
