Cancer Transitions, located in Coolidge, AZ, is a compassionate and evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed treatment. We focus on supporting individuals within 24 months of their treatment, although our resources can benefit those in any stage of their survivorship journey. Our comprehensive program offers nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance for medical management, empowering survivors to thrive and navigate their post-treatment lives with confidence and resilience.
