OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Colorado City, AZ, by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs. We offer a comprehensive assistance package, which includes a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burdens during treatment. Our program also includes psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers, as well as genetic counseling via phone to empower our patients with knowledge and support. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of those we serve. Applications are processed promptly, with grants awarded based on the availability of funding, ensuring we remain a reliable resource for these incredibly resilient women during their toughest times.
