MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Cave Creek, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
