OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Camp Verde, AZ, by providing vital financial assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers essential support, including a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate daily burdens during treatment. In addition, we facilitate access to psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling, both conducted by licensed professionals, to ensure holistic care for our patients. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, as we strive to process each application promptly, based on available funding. OvarCare is here to empower and assist women through their journey, recognizing the strength and resilience they demonstrate every day.
