Located in Apache Junction, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We offer a range of critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to support low-income individuals in their daily nutritional needs. Our mission is to ensure that those with swallowing difficulties receive the specialized food and care they require, fostering dignity and wellness within our community.
